New Direction Counseling charges $200 per hour for individual counseling sessions. A sliding scale may be available. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, HSA cards, and credit cards. Some employers cover therapy costs — check with your HR department. You may also be able to use out-of-network insurance benefits.
